All of our cakes are baked from fresh and not from pre-made mixtures. We will only use free-range eggs and endeavour to use organic and locally produced ingredients where possible. This allows you to customise your cake to suit your taste e.g. more nuts or lemon. We can also supply gluten-free, nut-free and dairy free cakes.
Rich fruit cake is the traditional cake of choice and is still a very popular flavour to have. Our fruit cakes are made two months in advance and allowed to mature whilst being slowly infused with brandy. They are covered in golden marzipan and a thick layer of icing.
It is also possible to have sponge cakes and these all come with a choice of filling. The flavours we provide include Victoria sponge, rich chocolate sponge, white chocolate cake, chocolate-fudge cake, carrot cake, zesty lemon cake, coffee & walnut cake, date cake, in fact any cake that your heart desires! And if it’s just too difficult to decide on which flavour is your favourite, why not have a different flavour for each tier!
