Rich fruit cake is the traditional cake of choice and is still the most popular wedding cake. Our fruit cakes are made several weeks in advance and allowed to mature whilst being slowly infused with brandy. They are covered in golden marzipan and a thick layer of icing.

It is also possible to have victoria sponge (with fresh creamor buttercream filling), rich chocolate sponge (milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate flavours),chocolate fudge cake, carrot cake, zesty lemon cake, coffee & walnut cake, date cake, in fact any cake that your heart desires! And if it's just too difficult to decide on which flavour is your favourite, why not have a different flavour for each tier!
